 hello there could anybody tell me if this is a cast or forged crank 440 by this pic.........thx for any replies

That balancer is for a forged crank.  ;)

Sure looks forged to me.  The cast ones are much thicker.  Lots of pics and measurements at 440Source

It doesn't really matter anyway unless you are pumping out 600 Hp. Cast cranks are just as good.
