I've got no problem waiting in line. Heck that seems to be the only thing I can get into in regards to a Daytona. Is a line to dream about owning them.

we could split it and each get it 1/2 the summer        we would have it restored sooned that way

Not sure how much restoring I'd be able to do, more of just sitting and  :drool5: at the site of a wing car in my garage.

Would it make you feel better if I remind you that I was wanting your project Daytona before it became yours? I was hoping and praying that you'd pass on it as I was lined up to head up there the next weekend. For some strange reason though you decided to go ahead and buy it though.  :scratchchin:

That's OK--I have an article from a summer 1978 Ocala (FL) Sun quoting my dad as saying he wanted a Daytona.  Isn't nepotism a bitch?
