Can anyone tell me if the 68 R/T badge will fit in the same location as the "Arrow"in a non-R/T car?
Thanks in advance.

no, the holes will need to be welded shut and redrilled, but the charger emblem stays the same.
68 Charger R/t white with black v/t and red tailstripe. 440 4 speed ,black interior

Actually, if placed right the R/T badge will just cover the extra hole for the standard emblem. My '68 is a clone, & the emblem just covered the hole. I didn't want to weld/repaint the tail panel again, the emblem just covers it up.

Hey Bill, any chance you can post a close up pic of it?
Thanks

what Bill says is true BUT you will still be able to see the holes looking at it from inside the trunk .....basicly if youre working on a car that the tail panel is not getting redone go for it but if youre redoing it anyway weld em shut if not its up to you . :Twocents:

Since i have no intention in being locked inside the trunk, i really don't care ;).
The problem is that the car is painted already and i never though of this before.
I would still like to see a pic of it if possible.
Thanks for replying.

But if you were carjacked and thrown in the trunk how would you feel about seeing the extra holes?

This car was sold many years ago to somebody in Wisconsin. I now am retired and living in Florida.
