I just went to see it yesterday. Wasn't too bad. Like the Angelina sceens  :2thumbs:
I'd still say it's probably just a decent rental.
Any other comments?

I thought it was pretty good.  My 12 year old step-son reeeallly liked it.  I think he said " That's now in my top 2 movies ever"  I asked him why and he said he really liked Grendel's mom. LOL

I saw it with my brother last Thursday night at Everett Mall
We saw it in 3D
I thought it was excellent!
Not so much the movie as the 3D!
I don't think I can watch it again if it is not in 3D
The depth of the movie the real 3D gives is incredible!  I will definately own this

i've seen several movies in 3-D the NASA one was AWESOME and my Fav. so far, this is playin in the same theater where i saw 300 which wasn't in 3-D but the screen is huge and rapps around (rim shot here pls.) and the sound system is the best i've ever herd (nother rim shot pls.) So i'm looking forward two it...

There's this trend to make these films these days baised loosly on established ritten classics, like TROY and ALEXANDER and the 300,...
is anyone actually familier with the original Beowolf and the many offshoots that have sprung from it?...

WARNING: Dragons be here:  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beowulf  o.k. spoilers..   :icon_smile_wink:

I had to read Beowulf when I was a senior in high school. I swear, it was like trying to read Chinese. It's amazing how much the english language has changed in the past 1000 years.

I just came from the I=Max 3-D version, WOW!  :o I may see it again just because the total package was so awesome,.. I bet if it wasn't 3-d it would still be cool  :popcrn: but the way they use the depth to come right to you with spear points and dragons breath and boobies...  :scratchchin:... Ya' I'm gonna see it again.
