The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

A Collier's mansion if I ever saw one. However, the junk probably kept anyone from seeing the car or asking if it was for sale....allowing this guy to get the car after all these years.

In case you never heard the term....My Father always uses it:

A Colliers Mansion is a Dwelling (Private Dwelling, Apartment etc.) That is filled with filth, Trash and General Refuse. It is common to find hermits and Junk Collectors with these conditions in thier places of residence.
The term was coined after two brothers who came from a wealthy family in Harlem (Harlem was a wealthy neighborhood in the Late 1880s to early 1900s) Inherited the Brownstone from their parents. They were recluces. One of the Brothers was blind and the other cared for him. Only leaving at night the brother would leave to gather only essentials and return home.
Well Since both of the Colliers Brothers were very suspicious of the outside world the one who left created booby traps in the pathways created by reams of papers and Trash.

wow that's very near my house...

anyone noticte the full Beck's six-pack in the first picture?.. for the life of me i couldn't i.d. the car from the first pic. I was gonna have to guess i was gonna say a '63 or so Ford Falcon, I wasn't too far off...
Wow! what a freakin mess,..
A good friend of mine's dad was a recluse and not far from this house either... Had a cherry '54 Chevy in the garage, untouched since the early '60s. poor guy had freaked out from experiances surrounding being the first Jewish cop in the S.F.P.D. and lived in his home alone after abandoning his family...
:shruggy:  their were newspapers covering the windows and he never came out, they finally found him dead. Not a good experiance for my buddy at all I'm sorry to say..
This happens far more then you'd suspect..
Wow!  :-\

Actually, these pics remind me of the '70 Challenger in a guys garage that I go by when I go see my girlfriend. It is under about 3 feet of boxes with just the nose sticking out.  ::)

I know of a 66 Hemi Charger like that, YEAH complete and untouched for about 30 years. The same guy's son has a decent 68 Charger 383 HP car that just sits in his basement, thankfully, last time I saw THAT one, it was just sitting there with no junk piled on it.

I know where a 1963 1/2 Ford Galaxie with a 406 Tri-Power and a four-speed is at. It is pretty much a factory race car. It looks just like that car with all the crap on it. I've talked to the guy and he just won't sell it. He is going to fix it up someday.  ::)

I looked at a '68 that was buried about that deep, maybe not quite so bad. After we took the leaking oil can off the roof, cleaned up the mess and inspected the two dents and bubbling under the vinyl top the guy told me he'd take $12k for it. :hah: :rotz:

I bet it's still there...just because that's one ugly duckling of a Mopar.  :nana:
He said it's really rusty. I don't see why it would be any more rusty than the Galaxie...maybe he meant more rust on top, because of all the wet crap heaped on top.
