Anyone with a 68 R/T blue, white top/stripe loose their fender tag

Someone is selling a fender tag for a 68 R/T seems like maybe a B7 car with a white top and white stripe. Possibly it belongs to someone on here. Vin is blocked, but final sequence starts with 134XXX.

Up for bid is a Rare Original Mopar B-body Vintage collectable documentation...A 1968 Dodge Charger R/T 440 4BBL Torque Flite Automatic Inner Fender Data Option Tag, as pictured...No other parts are available from this car...This was for a very nice color combination...Dark Blue exterior, Blue interior, White vinyl top, and a white transverse tail sport stripe!!...This was found mixed in with some parts, and I do not know where or if the car still exists...The sequence number has been blocked in the pic to prevent copy sales...
