First time i've seen this thread I think? Thanks for the comments.
Numerous programs used to bring out different details and different looks. 
This particular picture I used CS5 to shop out the buildings and such that were in the background.  Then it was on to Topaz stuff to start enhancing details and color, then to NIK Software to start pinpointing certain sections of the picture and then back and forth between them until my eyes were burning and I was afraid I was going to ruin the picture.  My OCD starts to get the best of me at times.
Hopefully Cody doesn't mind if I post the original picture  which is just fine as it is.  Cody just asked me to do a little something, so I did.
I like it looks alot better after you  got thru with it
