Anyone need a CARFAX run? Give me a VIN

I just recently bought the unlimited search for CARFAX for a month so let me know if you need a VIN run and i can give you the report. reply with vin number or PM me and i will pm back results

please note the following!!

- The letters "I", "O", and "Q" never appear in a VIN.
- The VIN must be exactly 17 characters in length.
- The CARFAX database contains information for cars manufactured from 1981 through the present.

Not to burst your bubble. But there are flaws with Carfax. It only shows reported damage. So, if the damage wasn't reported (fixed by the buyer/seller body shop for example), it doesn't show up on Carfax as a salvage title or etc. I know 2 guys that bought supposed clean titled cars to later find out that they both were significant accidents. The one co-worker bought a '06 Trailblazer with 12,000 miles to find out it would take about $5,000 to make his SUV "right" again. The dealer "Kearns Motor Cars" showed him the Carfax report which said it was never wrecked. Yet 4 other auto body shops quoted the area of $5,000 of incorrectly fixed damage. I saw the damage myself. There was weld splatter on 3 of the windows around the driver side rear quarter. And new paint everywhere in that area. So it was pretty obvious that his SUV was side swiped at one time. Kearns Motor Cars would NOT do anything for him because they ran Carfax and said the truck was "clean". So, beware of Kearns Motor Cars if you live in Wisconsin.

Yeah i noticed that could happen as well because i did my own car and found out some interesting things and also some of it i know was wrong too because when it said that i took ownership of the car it had 110k on it but it really had 119k on it. i also found out it used to be a rental car in colorado for the first few years of its existence. but i ran a carfax on a car formerly owned by the city of minneapolis because i wanted to see if there was anything reported on it and there was nothing. but the guy selling it has records of maintenance from when it was new so i am fairly certain its a good buy for me, but i understand what you are saying

I checked up on one of my old cars one time...1993 Toyota 4X4. I sold it with 180,000 on it in NY. The car was sold to someone else in NY with 220,000. Then the car is sold at a car auction in New Mexico with 112,000 on it, but no mention in carfax that there was an odometer rollback issue. Granted it was clear as day when reading the carfax, but carfax's little red flag wasn't alerted to this slight odometer issue.
