Could someone help me identify a water pump application - 2843290

Guys,

I picked up a NOS water pump that is cast with a cast 10 blade impeller. I've never seen a cast pump like this. I can't find it in my parts book.

Could you someone help me identify the application? The guy I got it from said he thought it was a max wedge part.

Part number 2843290. I'm thinking maybe a marine or truck application?

Number places it in the latter half of the 60's I think.  This is one of those questions you need to make sure John Kunkel sees, he'll know if anyone does.

Yeah, I think it's 1968, but for what?
