My brain hurts 

How the Earth was born with give you a whole new look at our little Planet. Poor Girl has been through hell.

Because of the location of the one super continent the warm water current in the Ocean stalled, The planet started to cool and Ice formed on the poles. As the Ice formed it reflected the suns heat back into space and caused the whole planet to freeze. The oceans were covered with a mile deep sheet of ice. 90% of the organisms in the oceans died off.

The planet was killing itself..
