Grant tuff wheel

Looking at the Grant wood wheel 246 if you buy this looks like you get the wheel and horn pad. my question is this is their something missing do you need a horn switch or does it come with one in other words if you install what you get will your horn work.

You can install the cap but there is no horn switch...I'm looking for one now. I'm happy witht he wheel though
