Cell Phone Preminition?..

when im sitting here at the computer with headphones on with no musicplaying about 2-3 seconds before i get a text message i can hear it though the headphones

..same thing happens when i am driving in my car with the radio on  ( is it something to do with high frequency waves ? )

...also i get de -javu experiences  lots more now or is it just because now im over thirty..... i have " CRAFT " disease .....
