anyone know if the rear side glass from a 69 charger will fit a 70 superbee?

Check the tech section. We just had a thread about this. Quarter curtains and backlights are unique to the second gens.

I have door and window glass out of a '69 Satellite in my Charger. The only thing to watch for in a Super Bee is the coupe version has pop out side windows instead of roll up.

Do you have a '70 Super Bee as well...that is my wife's favorite Mopar.

Actually no, I am ordering a new set of glass and put my old stuff on ebay.  Someone sent me an email asking if it would fit.  This is the first place I go when I have question because you guys rock.

It should fit.  It should have part numbers 2838 440 passenger and 2838 441 drivers side.
