I bought this one because I liked the angle of it better, looks more like a real manual shifter.

Steve's is angled forward alittle, which makes it very comfortable, and I wasn't going for the manual look, it's not really a manual, it is a reverse manual 3 speed, so I needed something a little taller than the t shifter, to increase shift throw, being it's reversed, I can't utilize the stock ratchet mechanism and had a tendnecy to go from first to third, this helps. Plus, I always loved that whole pistol grip concept that's unique to Mopars.

Ahhh....keep looking on Tom Duncan's site that Stuart posted.

Tom makes the Shift-R-Gate as well.   I was his "test mule" for the reverse manual gate.  I had him make it a "slap-stick" style from the 1-2 shift (no button pressing, positive 3rd gear lock out) and from 2-3 shift you must press the button.  It ratchest up to first (neutral lock out) with no button apply.
No more missed 2nd gear! :drive:

Even got a custom decal made up (which I think Tom now sells)
