I should have removed these before I got this far. It is the bushings in the rear of the rear frame rails that the shackle goes through for the leaf springs. They don't look the best and should be changed. I would have maybe torched them out but now the frame is blasted and primed. What is the easiest way to remove these? It looks like the bigger side is facing part of the frame and looks to big too long to go back in from the inner side. Is there also a tool to install them? Thanks guys.
