floor consol light

Just got my automatic floor shift installed and finally got the light and wire for it. where under the dash does it plug in Help!!

you must have a LOOONG wire running from A/C control side/area, plugged on an orange source with bullet kind throught all the dash frame up to passenger side kick panel, and then from there with spade terminal the last wire section up to center console.

the orange source is located around the wiring metallic black hook or "strap"

Thanks Nacho I will look at it today Im hoping that all I have to do is find that connector near the kick pannel. what are your thoughts on that were the cars prewired for either consol shift or colum.

eeehm... if you car was column shifter, don't think you'll have the first wire from the lighning source up to kick panel area. That's a separated wire from the main harness. Main harness provid eteh source to all cars, but not from there up to the rest... all depends of options.

Couldnt find the wire at the kick panel any thoughts ??

SIMPLY... just need to run a wire from source ( bullet terminal ) up to kick panel ( spade terminal )

Ok looks like 18 gage wire. I hill have to try and match each end hope the auto store will have them.  Thanks for your help!!!

yeah, is 18, same as the section you apparently have with socket and male terminal to teh floor section
