FRANKENSTIEN [ing] my charger

well i need parts to finish my charger but i do know that  some old dodge vehicals are universal for my 69 charger, for example like a 76 new yorker 440 can fit in a 69 charger, ram chargers wiring harness, bucket seats from a 85 dodge charger  etc etc.


all i have is a shell, so i need to save some money for now just to get it running

You can get a book that list parts interchange, drive trains seats items like these can be made to fit, body pannels and such is were it gets much tougher.

awesome cause i used to have a 440 from a 76 new yorker, where can one  get it's hands on this interchange list, body panels lol i've takin the task of repairing my grill...by myself.., custom interior door panels, and maybe some of the electrical issues.

one other question is should i even try to repair the broken grill [eye peice is broken off] or should i modified it to a 68 grill verson

I got an interchange parts list from a mopar junkyard.  I think I lost it, though.  Try asking salvage yards if they have any

That dutchman panel looks a little scarry. Are going to do the bodywork first?

yeah before i go any further with the car i want to finsh the bodywork then from the inside out, i already for some repoduction parts for the rear window kit but again it might be more one i start diggin for rust
