Hello, is Charger Specialties the only guys making these, and everyone re-sells them.....or are there more than one manufacturer?

Charger Specialties sells them but I don't know if they make them. I would think Goodmark makes them but I'm not totally sure. Anyway, here's some others that aren't identified as being made by CS:
