I just heard on the news that Microsoft bought 1.6% of facebook or something like that. They also said Facebook is valued at something like 1.5 million dollars.

You're site doesn't allow creeps like me the ability to look at pictures of drunken college chicks saftely while at work. So probably worth less than a happy meal :D :nana:

Daddy ran whiskey in a big black dodge
bought it at an auction at the masons lodge,
Johnson County Sherriff painted on the side,
just shot a coat of primer then he looked inside,
well him and my uncle tore that engine down,
I still remember that rumblin' sound.....

Ok, I started my own Facebook page.  My old roommates x-girlfriend sent me a message to join the site so i thought, sure.  Now my spouse and i are both on it and its become addicting!  We never realized so many friends that we have lost track of are on there and its easy to communicate with them now.
Time to catch up with the internet age i guess and not be left by the wayside.  Hell, my latest game console is a PS2 and i havent played it for 8 years...

I agree that it was addicting until they decided to change everything. I hate the new version it seems to be way too unorganized. But now with all that extra advertising space it is worth even more.

A friend of mine, his Wife is on Facebook.  She found some old friends and is now leaving her Husband and their four children for an old flame she knew way back when.   :rotz:

As far as getting back in touch with people I knew 20 years ago, I feel that if I valued their friendship that much, then I would have remained in touch with them in the first place.

My three closest friends are guys that I have known for 20 - 30 years.  We talk once in a while about some of the people we went to school with and the thought of getting in touch with them to see what or how they're doing, never crosses our minds.

joined facebook a few months back just to catch up with some of the people I grew up with over in Thailand. Problem is that, i don't have enough time to do things with the wife, kid, cars, friends, and then still update a computer page about me. So they suckered me into setting up an account, but it will probably not be updated for the next 2 years or so.

Oh Cody I think you could sell your website for around $50 but by the time you pay the photo royalties to everyone, you would be better off to not sell.
