In talking back and forth with Jeff, he's basically said he's going to send me to the same people he would normally use for the more important things and let me use my discretion for everything else - I just basically want to take his 25% upcharge on parts orders out of the equation! 

Don't worry - I'll definitely get approval from the board before I buy anything!  Biggest thing I'm having to deal with now is the donor car vs. repro panels issues...
