Will 71 bumper fit on 73 bumper brackets?

I bought a 71 clone several years  ago, made from a 73. It has fiberglass bumpers with several mods to the brackets, and they just don't fit right. I am trying to keep the 71 look but get real bumpers

just pair of brackets won't match, the ones from top of fender and bumper... need to get 71 ones.

Rest is a bolt on as far I know.

HOWEVER, need to enlarge frame rail bracket holes to fit closer to body and save the filler gap
