Help with steering and center link.

Just tried to replace the idler arm, with a new Moog arm, on my 73.  Put the bracket end in then tried to hook it to the center link.  When trying to put the threads through the center link, it appears the thread end is skewed towards the passenger side and wont go in without forcing it.  I took it off and checked it, with the old one and they appear to be the exact same thing.  It kinda looks like the center link is not quit right. Perhaps had been smacked at one time.
I looked around, at the normal places for steering parts but no center links.  Any ideas where I might find a new center link?
Also, while I'm at this.  What"s the best tie rod ends and the best place to get them. Kinda new at this steering stuff, so, part numbers would be great.
Thanks for your help.

No one is reproducing the center link! You will have to go to a junkyard and find a parts car. Check with www.justsuspension.com for new tie rod ends.

Anyone know if a center link from a 68-70 B body will work?  Or one from a 74?
Thanks

I can't see how the old one worked and the new one won't.  All those parts move around in all directions--the inner and outer tie rod ends, the pitman arm, and that new idler arm.  That new idler is going to be stiff, and the old parts are going to be stiff in some directions, and loose in others.  Keep pushing and pulling one tire or the other to make the drag link move around until things line up.
