No light in front of my 68

I just got my 68 R/T and I'm terribly dissappointed from an electrical standpoint.  I'm very very weak on electrical.  I have no headlights, no front parking lights, no dash lights, but I have taillights and brake lights and rear side marker lights but not front running side markers.  The dome light doesn't have a light in it, but if you put a light in it, the light comes on all the time.  When the turn signal is used either right or left, all four taillights flash.  I've looked at the fuse box and there is only 6 fuses and I don't see a fuse for Headlights.  When I use a continuity check, I'm using it with the headlights on, but the key is not in ACC position.  I basically don't know what I'm doing.  All this stuff not working, its got to be something simple, right?

For starters, check to see if you have a good ground connection to the radiator support.  The ground wire should come through a hole in the support just in front of the battery.  Mine came loose once on my '64 Plymouth and my headlights quit working.

Hitman:
Yeah I know, but the car is very very very solid everywhere and I checked all numbers as of today and it is a true numbers matching, engine, trans, rear end, intake manifold, exhaust manifolds, radiator support (so the car was never re-bodied).  I think the dashboard is the worst and of course electrical system, so I will have to learn how to rebuild the entire dash assembly and install new wiring harnesses.  I will get a pic this weekend and post it.  For 29K, I believe I got what I bargained for.  I'll keep you posted.

:shruggy:I found the ground connecton to the rad support.  It is screwed down good and tight, but the car is freshly painted.  Is there anything I should be checking under the dash?
