what do you think of each? what is a ballpark of their value in your opinion?

Both are pretty nice, funny the white one is also a Spring special they converted into a RT.  The other one is pretty nice as well.

I have no idea what the white one is worth, but the red one should be able to fetch a decent chunk of change.  I'd say its worth 14-15k.  This isn't the first time either of them have been on eBay though.

73 spring special ? I would say is a celebrity roof option... is an SE ( WP29 ) and spring specials are WH23. no spring specials on 73. Unless louvers were changed by the frame.

My votes are for the 74 Rallye, shame is not A/C car.

Or spend on engine upgrade ( 440 or 451 stroker ). Is a manual car what makes it GREAT. Good stuff you can start from an untouched car to makes what you want, and not get what other guy did ( unless you likes what he did ). Myself I preffer my own modifications from zero.

on this case, still keeping same Rallye looks, not a weird 73 R/T look  with opera quarter frame and cordoba kind seats

I had a '73 that was remarkably similar...  F5 red, rallye pkg, 400, 4sp, white buckets/console, a/c, rallyes, etc...   easy restore (no, really--very little rust, totally complete.)

sold it to my friend for $1200 not running quite right (carb, dist issues) to help pay for a 5 liter mustang.  as we already had two wing cars in the family, owning the charger was kinda moot.  I don't regret the sale or price at all.  the mustang has gotten me into a LOT of trouble in the 8+ years i've owned it. 

i loved the ride and drive, though.  those are killer cruisers with the big block in 'em, and with the front and rear sway bars made the 'birds feel like ocean liners.

I like the 73 RT Clone, but the lack of information on the body and lack of pics doesn't sit well with me. A quick question to the seller would fix that though. Its your call but I really like the first, both would be great cars.

I definitely prefer the red '74 Rallye. I'd guess the values at 10-12K for the white one, and 15-17 for the red one. The 4-speed, matching numbers, and originality will definitely add a lot to the value of the red one.

the white one is cool but there's no way i'd buy a car that needs anything more than pump gas to drive around.
