Help!! Installed glass and window won't budge.

I am completing assembly on 70 charger. Glass and interior and I am finished. I had the vent window frames rechromed and I replaced all of the weatherstripping including the mylar strips that run in the front channel. I noticed it was tight going in, but I thought I need to snug everything up and it would free up the glass. But, no deal the regulator is not installed so I am pushing and pulling by hand. I didn't lubricate the front channel, was I supposed to? I didn't think the mylar and felt weatherstripping required it and I didn't want to mess it up.

Was in the glass bus for years , SILICONE SPRAY .
