cold air intake for 2001 1500 ram???

hey guys!!
i have a 2001 RAM 1500 with a 318 (5.2L)... i found some kid who has a air intake, (all complete) for cheap...but he says it was used on his 360 (5.9) 2001 ram. anyone know if it would still fit my 318!?!?!?  he got it as a present....then sold the truck. he's looking for $50-$60 for it???

damn i just looked on ebay & they have one's for like $19.00!?!?!? WTF!!!!!! talk about cheap shit!!!!!!!!! and all the one's i've looked at say
5.2L & 5.9L!!!
