Does anyone know what the rarest color for a charger in 1968.  My Charger is a gold car with white vinal top and white strip.  It also has a gold interior.  I have not been able to find that on the internet.    :scratchchin:

In '68, I think turquoise was the rarest, no? Very cool color, especially with a white roof & stripe.  :coolgleamA:

Or, maybe the orange Bengal Chargers.  :shruggy:

Finally, after 9 months at the body shop, I got my 74 440 back.  Now I need to get her running.  It will be Spring before I get R done but...I was told this Aztec Gold was "unique" in some way.  I'm also told this 440 magnum was 1 of 208 built in 1974...I'll do some checking later.  More pics later.

Sweet Charger. I have a 73' Rally. Did they come with steelies stock sometimes? Funny thing is my Charger came with steelies when I bough it. :scratchchin:
I thought only Magnums & Rally's on a Rally but maybe Steelies came as well? :scratchchin:

That's the first '69 I've ever seen with a '68 signal light & '68 stripe on the rear end.

Steel wheels with hub cap would be standard. Rallyes and five spokes were optional.

OK, OK,,,,, I know that green is not rare, OK.

However, My 68 is the only,, at least the only active car at shows, TT1 (Midium Green Poly) car,,  in the Northwest anyway.

Just 6T9 CHGR

Not sure about 68 but right now in the 69 Registry V2 orange is the rarest color...followed by Y3 cream then B7 blue...

I know of a 68 Hemi Charger near me in Paint code # B9. This is a extremely dark Blue, Almost black. Thats should be a pretty rare color I'd guess. Also, Supossably at least 2 or more other 71 Panther Pink cars known  besides Nicks. LEON.

8WHEELER

I like the 68 JJ1 Gold Metallic, no its not the rarest color, but how many do you see?
I repainted my wife's car JJ1 Gold Metallic last year, I love the color and so does she, we
have had it since 82. So many of these cars these days are painted black, I like black,
but its not ''rare''.
