All right yall, since we don't have an A body site that I know of, I'll ask this here. My main project is my '72 Charger SE, which I've got a thread on this site about it. Anyway, here's what the question is about. I have a '70 Duster that I bought to turn into a race car, but lost intrest in when I found out, by the VIN, that it's originaly a Duster 340.... Now, granting that the motor/tran's is now gone, and the fender tags are gone too.... It wouldn't be as bad, but anyway. I'm not worried about the Duster, since I have the Charger. I've been lightly trying to sell the Duster, but no hits. It needs some body work, and I've been thinking about doing the body work, raising the price, and try and sell it that way. Another thing I've concidered is taking the worn 383 out of the Charger, do a basic rebuild on it, and throw it, and a new 727 TF behind it, and put it in the Duster, course then I wouldn't want to get rid of it, not easily at least.... So what yall think? Mess with it, or leave it alone, and hope someone comes along and gets it? If I don't have pic's of it on this site, I can post some, but I know I got some posted somewhere....

Ghoste

Keep it.  Do the body and paint and drop in that big block and have fun.  It'll be easier to sell if it's finished and you find you can't maintain two Mopars.

LOL, I don't know about not being able to maintain two Mopars, probably have a hard time trying to figure out which one to take out, lol. The thing about it, is that the Charger is complete, where as the Duster is the complete opposite.... I'll hang on to it, and add it to the "starting collection" and get the exterior body work, and trunk work done first. Then I suppose move to the suspension, brakes (like it has any...., literaly yall, there is absolutly no brake setup on the rear what so ever :o). From there,  :shruggy:. I don't know if I'm gonna continue the whole car in the Sub Lime green that someone started it in, but it would be nice... So we'll see what we see. :coolgleamA:
