fuel pressure

Hello,at last our charger is back on the road ,after 2 years slow working.everything else is working fine,but idle quality isn`t good
like it have to be whit hydraulic 223/228 0,050 cam,and MSD 6AL,I put the fuel pressure gauge in new fuel line(carb is 750 mechanical Demon) and it looks like I have a 9psi fuel pressure in idle speed....also I still have a ballast resistor whit MSD.Vaacum is steady 14 so I
don`t think at there is vaacum leaks

timing is 15 initial and 21 bushing in MSD distributor
any comments

 Never ran the Carb you have but current wisdom is 6 PSI at the carb.
