what you read... I have been sending about 8 emails with no answer. I was closing a deal, but suddenly no response and in fact getting returned emails from mcb440@cs.com. I have been sending trhought website email without succes...

I have never ordered from them but have bought parts from them at Monster Mopar.  They seem to be a large reputiable Co.

Mopar by Crane are good people! They are slow to email, but have always returned my calls. One of my orders that they had drop shipped from the supplier but never made it to me and there supplier said it did. They took my word over the supplier and shipped a 2nd part out asap!

This time is not throught ebay, but damn does look I choose oftenlly some sellers that don't pay attention. Did happened with buymopar.com... they took 3 weeks to answer me, and they did after I alredy got some of the stuff.

Those are the moments when I say why the hell you offer internet service if you don't pay attention. PTC torque converters never answered, same as another dealers
