they might not have recorded the paint code before and need to get in there for that?

just because it doesnt match the factory dont mean the didnt use the code to find a formula!

He's right. The paint could also have variances on the same code.

UPDATE! Well they fixed that crack next to the tailgate- I was told that they were going to weld the spot and then paint it.... they painted it, but I doubt they welded it! The crack came back 2 months later. I have left messages with the guy at corprate but he wont return my calls! I am pissed! I want to take them to small claims court and sue for the max! The way I am seeing it, yes they fixed rust, but in my mind they admitted guilt when they decided to fix it! The have fixed it about 6 times now and only once was for rust. The pin stripe still has the line where they did a piss poor tape job. I have 6 years to file before it is up! The work they did cost me 4200$! the reason I want to go for 5000 is because now I have to loose it for another month to get fixed, I have had it there and lost it for several weeks. I also don't want them near it! I wold rather just pay a shop that knows what they are doing! Do you guys think I have a case? also, can they come backand sue me? Last, will they be able to use this to void the lifetime warranty on their work? Ask me anything you want! I have wittiness at my local auto parts store, my mechanics, a body shop, and moparguy01 has seen it, he worked at a bodyshop. What can I do here. I also have pics of most of this! Do I have a case here? Thanks guys!

you need plenty of pictures of before and after to prove the case, most judges won't even look at the case without evidence

Go get some estimates then make sure you gather all your documentation then file your claim. I don't. Good luck. I don't see you getting any more than what it takes to fix it.....been there done that A good body shop shouldn't have it a month
