Troy your car is still at Jimmys?  I thought you were getting it out of there at the end of the summer?

**EDIT**
Thanks man.  That yellow car is a 74 Chevy Vega with a high horsepower small block in it.  It's a Yenko clone.

Long story there.  I'll have it back when the snow is gone.  All that is left to do is front and rear glass, seats and some other minor interior stuff.
I'll be at Mopars in the Park with it and probably any/all other shows that come up locally.

Thanks everyone!  You have no idea how many people I have to thank after it's done.  I can't wait until my 10 year old step daughter sits in the passenger seat for the first time in 2 years and smiles ear-to-ear when I turn that key.  I really appreciate the positive feedback that all of you have given me.   :2thumbs: :2thumbs:

Thanks everyone!  You have no idea how many people I have to thank after it's done.  This car has been a rough spot for me and the wife but as it comes together, she can finally see the light.  This car has been a dream for me.  Although it's not a 70 like my dad had, it's my family's car and mine.  I can't wait until my 10 year old step daughter sits in the passenger seat for the first time in 2 years and smiles ear-to-ear when I turn that key.  I really appreciate the positive feedback that all of you have given me.   :2thumbs: :2thumbs:

I will contact you about driving to Mopars in the Park this year, i can meet you somewhere and we can caravan over to the meet with coolmite and General01, and a few others..

Be sure to tape a $10 bill on the dash the first time she gets a ride and tell her to grab the ten after you say go just as you punch it!  Those were the days...

Here are a few updated pics from today. Check out the back seat.  I think he did a pretty good job at matching the pattern from front seats.  When I got the car, it had ford probe seats in front so those had to go.  I chose the Corbeau racing seat.  To me, they are just like the seats that were in my old Ram SRT-10. Anyone have an extra latch bar (or whatever it's called) for the glove box?  It's the piece that the latch will grab onto when the glove box is closed.

How wavy is the door glass at the top? I`m sure it has waves, mine does and Allan at AMD says all of it does to some degree which is caused by the tempering process. Well, how did the factory do it back in the day and not have that problem?  I bought the complete amd tinted amd glass kit and I`m very disappointed with the door glass pieces, they look like crap. They are going to replace it with the best pieces they could find and I`ll just have to live with a brand new substandard part on my black 68 Charger. If I would have known this in advance I would have bought the glass from Dave at ecs. Your car looks great by the way!

charger-it,  I took a closer look at the door glass this morning and you're right, it's wavy as hell.  I even noticed it a little bit on the quarter glass.  Now that I know it's there, it's all I can see.  It looks like shit and is going to drive me crazy.
