Can anyone help me find one of these?

My front bucket seats have been all re-upholstered for 6 months now and today I decided to put them back together. I`m missing one of the washers on the shouldered bolt that holds the seat back to the seat base. Here is a pic of the washer. It is plastic/ rubber? one one side and it looks like a thin steel washer is bonded to the other side of it. Does anyone know where I can get just one of these? I`ll gladly buy one from anybody that may have a spare kicking around.
