Has anyone used this on their headers?  How long does it last before its ugly or burnt up?  I want to do something to protect the look of my headers and reduce the heat on my 440.  I drive my car maybe 100 miles a year.

It's commonly held that wrapping your headers will make them rot out very quickly.  I've never doen it myself so I can only go by what I've been told.  :shruggy:

I read somewhere that it it causes the pipes to crack. I think it was because it causes the headers to get too hot and form stress cracks.
