how do these plugs look?

The carbon is from about 25-50 miles on the old over-rich carb jetting.   :eek2:  Since then maybe 125 more miles or so, with about 70 yesterday, nothing really crazy on the throttle though.  Why is half the insulator mainly white and the other side have fluffly tan deposits?  I thought the tan/white side is where it should be? :shruggy:  thanks everybody!
