Looks like a base model '68 to me.

That RF fender damage is unique which might help track it down.  That didn't come from hitting the fender itself, it came from banging the car's RF corner down into the ground while rolling forward.  Like going into a ditch at low speed and hitting bumper-first.

I showed it to a pal, he knew the owner & location;

Another amazing story in that the Charger was owned by friend of mine Ron Philemonoff, who grew up on St Paul Island in the Pribilof Islands! The Charger is parked in front of the St Paul Co-op Store, sitting on the main drag in town - not the runway. We both talked about owning 68 Chargers, only problem with mine in Fairbanks was that the headlight covers refused to pop up below 30 below!

A '68 Charger in St. Paul!!  :o  well it's a little more Metropolitan than St. George next store. Been there a few times, beats me why anyone would want to live there ::)

it looks rough for a 8 year old car, it's probably long gone. :shruggy:

The Green 68 from Dutch Harbor is in Anchorage now. It's been here at least 5-6 years now...
