Someone took out the 318 small block and got drunk one night and decided to put real motor in there.

That explains some things.................

This is a great car for some nut out there.

Insult the buyer! Yeah, that'll work. :2thumbs:

BTW..........is that a '71 grill.........didn't know they used those in '72?

I didn't take the time to read all the description but my guess would be the rear is not from an A body.

Wellll, golleee fellas....says it inspected..doesn't that count for anything? ( I think that means there is no damage from viscious metal-devouring termites from the planet Neptune)

The70RT

Yep ....has the Hellpag signature all over it. Check out the wiring and the fuel line. Looks like a 10 year old did it.

My Dad was selling parts at the Monster Mopar swap in St Louis this past weekend. The SOB from HPLAG was out in full force buying every 68-70 B Body and Charger part he could get. I think he had to have made several full turns around the swap. The thing that aggravated me most was that the guys who sold parts to him, whether they knew or not about his business and lack of integrity (to be tactful), never even questioned him. They just jacked up their prices and collected his cash. Funny thing. I would not think that a man with so many pending investigations and potential lawsuits against him would be spending cash so freely.

I'll let you know the next time I see a parts seller question the buyers motives once a deal is struck.

I don't see a problem selling him parts. The problem is people take his word and buy his turds. Myself only know one person that bought acar on ebay and didn't look at it first. It was only a $500 car and still wasn't as described.

send him a message... he is a tool. He skims the line of fraud here! He doesn't say it isn't running and has no trans in it- but he also never said it didn't... You can see he just blasted over everything. One pic looks like the black on the hood is spray bomb. The lock is painted over, no head liner. No bolt in the neck for the thermostat. I guess you need to look, call, and see EVERYTHING before you decide to buy on line.

I understand what you mean. The problem is I guess as long as no one really does anything about it, he goes on doing what he does. Maybe it isn't a parts seller's responsibility to question the buyer's motives. You are right. It would be like saying a gun manufacturer is responsible for the actions of the gun buyer. After reading about Airborne SIlva and the soldier in Iraq that bought the car from HPLAG, the mention of the name pisses me off.

The Valucrap battery should be an indicator...let alone I never saw such a 440 Slant - interesting...

I am right with ya on the pissed off part, these guys deserve to have that place of thiers firebombed.   I guess if I had 2 people bidding and one was them, I would go with the other person.  but i don't think dudes on the parts midway have any idea who is buying thier stuff.
I guess the real problem is that they get away with it.  I wish I knew a hacker who could get the userid and/or email of every person who is about to do business with them and send them a link to this sight.  The only way to stop them is to stop the money.  and sincd most of thier sales, if not all, come from the web, then cut that off and they got nothing .

it is amazing how they don't even change the scam though.  arizona location, different id, not selling a general lee, and it took me all of 2 seconds to conclude that the listing looked pretty shady.

"She runs out strong and has lots of power."

this means it runs, right?  i don't think this is "skimming" on fraud at all.

Mean 318

There is no bolt in the neck, there is no way it can run like that... unless you like to watch it overheat! The car is a total pile! look at it! The paint sucks! The motor looks like it was painted in the car- wires are painted! It is a scam!
