Can anyone tell me if it's possible to change the oil pan gasket on a '67 b body 383 without pulling the motor out of the car.    The gasket's shot and it leaks all over the floor after it's been driven.  How about adding a windage tray?  I've got a hoist to use on or can lift the motor out.  Just wondering if it's worth the effort to try it in the car.  Otherwise it's a winter project.

Yes it can be done....the centerlink has to come out & the motor jacked up a bit to clear the sump...done it a few times on my 440 with a windage tray
