Found that out when looking at a single new lens that came with my car back when I bought it.  The bump on one corner made me wonder if the Left/Right sides are interchangeable, and sure enough, they aren't.

The turn signal assemblies are definitely '69 valiant parts.  Somehow, they aren't advertised on eBay as Valiant lenses though...  wonder why?   ::)

I see that a lot too, & they hardly ever call them Valiant lights. I managed to get an absolutely mint Valiant grille, with 2 very nice turn signal housings & lenses about a year ago for $75 on eBay. Nobody else bid on it, & it was listed as a Valiant grille. One of these days I'll have to advertise the grille since I don't need it.

You can see the amber color right behind the grille screen. I don't have a pic handy of a rearward shot to see them mounted.

Ken,

I might need those wing adjustment bolts - my originals haven't been moved since..... well, probably NEVER....

I'm sure we can work out a deal.

Is that big square cut-out under the light there just to gain access to the bulbs???   ???

Seems awefully big!

The openings do allow access to the turn signals, but they are there also for air holes to the radiator as well.   You'd never keep one of these cars from overheating if you had to rely only on that little (grilled) opening on the leading edge of the nose.  They like to overheat anyway even WITH the two openings beneath the turn signals.

BigBlockSam

thats an air intake to help cool the motor
