I am reading that head gaskets should be painted with high temp aluminum before intsall. Is this true for all headgaskets?
I have a blue  felpro set that came with a rebuild kit.

Heath, just wipe the surfaces with laquer thinner and put them on dry. No coatings needed with the felpro permatorque gaskets.
