Rearend Rebuild?

I have a 69 Charger R/T with a 8-3/4 rearend. The rearend works fine, but to my knowledge it had never had fluid changed out of it in 35+ years.  The Charger is currently undergoing a total restoration, Should I have that done?

Low miles? change the oil and run with it. Hi miles? rebuild it! It's not a total restoration until you rebuild it :Twocents:
