69 bumper jack install

can somebody post a picture of how the jack,jack spring and lug wrench are supposed to be installed in the trunk of a 69 i have seen them installed a couple different ways. I was also wondering what kind of spare was on the original 14 inch spare. thank's much!

The spare tire would match the tires originally optioned with the car.....either redlines or white wall

Mine has a F70x14 redline
