I saw Cheap Trick® last night at the fair!

They were here at the Alaska state fair, MOPARSUEBEAR and I stayed for about 30 minutes...we were unimpressed then we went to see the Pygmy goats, perhaps they were better three decades ago? (rock group not the goats)

AK, did you move back yet and bring your chargers? I was not going to attempt going to see them play at the fair myself, they're so washed up its sad thats all we could get up here during the fair. Charlie Daniels is there tonight, but I'm missing that as well.

You wonder why they bother to play anymore...they probably had poor money management in the 80's.


I saw Kansas at a local Indian casino a few years ago...they were great. But the guitar player is HUGE (round).

Seeing the bands of the 80's makes me realize how old I am. Damn....

Then when one of those rockers dies, well it REALLY makes you feel old.
A few months ago the lead singer from Boston died (hung himself). again, Damn....
