70 Charger Longitudunal stripe fender tag code?

Was reading through Galens white book looking at stripe codes and came up with a question. Was the 70 Charger longitudinal stripe
package coded as V6* or V9* ?  I believe it to be the V6* but am not absolutely sure.      Thanks Joe
