yeah doug look at the first picture , it's just mounted to low , but that's an easy fix.  We need to paint it and put the new decal on it also , the black horns are from the stock sport satelite ,now  painted and ready to go on my 69 charger project  .

Did the superbird horns go meep meep?  Werent superbirds made from RR's?

Horn & color looks right to for.69-70 they also had the long mounting brackets.71 and later had the similar horn with a short bracket. And some sources sell you a 69 70 horn with the short bracket .If you want that corect appearing detail you can transfer your old one.On another note if you buy the 70 superbird rallye type center caps they all come in dark argent.Dont know if you going with that much detail .But you car is coming along very nicely

I was talking about the horns on the table...  I'm new to these cars but I'm learning quickly.   ;)

Did I raise an issue with the 2 speed wipers and whether or not they'll clear your air cleaner?  I didn't think they would?  We may have discussed this?

nascarxx29

You will need a 3 speed wiper motor to clear a six pack or air grabber base..Or have to cut base. The newer small type compressors might clear in front.Noticed you were going with the AM8 track faceplate and reverb set up.I think I have the underdash balance switch. Are you going with the rallye dash .Keep up the good work

the compressor mounts on that big bracket under the alternator so no clearence problem with it  , and yes it has a ralley a/c dash and the am 8 track is on the floor in the pictures with the bezel and I think my dash has the balance switch ?

I love air grabbers...   :drool5:   If there was one thing I could change about IIGen Chargers, it would be the lack of fresh air induction.

What's your ETA for cruising?
