73 -74 Charger Tail Light Lens Photo

 :cheers:Here is the photo of the 73-74 Charger tail light lens.  The lenses are injected molded acrylic plastic just like the originals unlike the very inexpensive cold pour resin that shrinks and melts in the sun.  The top edges will be painted silver like the SE, I've seen base Chargers done the same way.

May I ask hpw much a pair of these will cost?  I looked in your other thread and didn't see any mention - unless I overlooked it which is possible

Are you ready?  Due to the size and shape these lenses are very expensing to reproduce the right way, the reason we did is because it's a 2 year part.  The cost is somewhere between $425 - $475 per set.

They look great, thanks for making those.  A little pricey but since you can hardly find them in somewhat decent shape, should sell pretty well.

Mine are...well they are okay for now.  It is just that the white lense is so cloudy that you can barely see the backup lights anymore.  I'd love to be able to get them about $250 to $300 a set but as you mentioned they are new and it may take awhile before they can go down in price.  Plus being broke right now kinda sucks, lol.  But thank you for repro-ing this parts!  I will get them one day, that is for sure!

do you have parking light lenses ?

Would you sell them by Unit and not just the pair ?

I do have the licensed parking light lenses for the 71-74 in stock and can be viewed on my web site part #164 in the bbody exterior section.  The picture doesn't give them justice, they are really nice. Sorry, only by the pair.  Why would you only change one? One side will be perfect and the other will be what it is.

Remember a customer can get a crash or stolen on one side, that's another reason to be able to choose one side as Mopar ( or any auto brand )dealers when you have a crash with a car, now and earlier.

Not everybody is restoring or need to change both sides for better looking. My tail lights are NOS and I can get a crash for example. If I get one repro piece from you, both will look the same.

Driver side parking lens is harder to find than passenger, so that would be an example why get one side more than other

If you get me just driver side parking lense, then will get the slapstick lense too and maybe another stuff around ( will check your website further )... for a while I won't get any part from any dealer, at least on this year.

-vinyl top corners trim ( pot metal )
-74 rear lower interior panels... earliers are being reproduced and 74 is just one year production.

-GOOD AND PERFECT window fuzzies and vertical quarter glass seals. Still haven't known about good repro piece except second gens "premiouns" ones.
-Quarter jam seal.
-To make cheaper the used market, any year any 3rd gen grill, I think some ppl will love here to get 71/72 hideaways ( not me at least on this moments ).
-PERFECT PIECE Tuff wheel even there is somebody around selling those on ebay ( frederick )
-For sure somebody around here is wishing upper 3rd gens panels ( regular and brougham )

also, any exterior third gen  stainless steel trim would be popular IMO  espicially 71-72 stuff
