Power to Manual Brakes

Looking for a product name on brake accessories, I want to convert my power brakes to manual, I think all I need is a master cylinder and adjustable pushrod, I already have adjustable proportioning valve block. Thanks

master cylinders are the same between power & manual brakes...all you need is the manual push rod from a non-power brake "B" body car. You will also need the non-power plate that goes between the master cylinder and the firewall

Pedal is the same also, rod just installs in different hole in the pedal arm

If you are getting rid of the power brake system, I would be interested

I not to sure if you can use a power brake master cylinder to convert to manual, don't they have differate bore diameters.
Won't the smaller bore in the cylinder give me more brake pressure without using a booster ?

I think my car has a disk brake power booster and it has 11 inch drums on the front. The front subframe was from a 69 superbee, it was painted on. Plus the seller said the brake lines were new.

   I got the plate for the non power brake setup so now I just need the correct rod length? I know about the one Mancini sells for $78 & Summits has the same thing for $70 but anyone have a source for an original\cheaper? I tried Ebay but only got the one by MP the two vendors above sell.

I have one, it's got a little orange overspray on it though.
it came out of my Charger when I fitted a power booster.

BTW, was it normal for a disc brake car to have no booster from factory in '69?

    Looks like I will be able to do the swap for about what the core price is. I have drum brakes but a disk booster & the booster failed, I have read you can use the mismatched combo & also you can not. When the previous owner swaped the front clip the donar car had 11x3 drums & the Charger was equiped with disk brakes. Typical hack job from them along with other things I have had to fix.
