heater odor

I have an 07 charger with a musty air conditioning and heater smell. After running heater for a time odor decreases. anyone with simular problems or solutions appreciated-thanks

You could try putting some Lemon Pledge or similar in your plenum and let the defrosters run for a while. Make sure any firewall drains are clear.

Change pollen filters? Maybe run a A/C system cleaner?

Make sure the A/C drain on the firewall/frame/etc. isn't plugged up with debris. See this all the time. All it usually takes is acouple blasts from 180 PSI air line and water just drains like crazy for about 5 min. They sell something we call "Frigi-Fresh" and the sh*t works. Just turn on A/C, walk around to the INLET duck at base of windshield and spray into inlet side. Pumps throughout the A/C ducting.

I found that Frigi Fresh you recommended, I want to use it on my work van.  It comes in a 5.5 ounce can, is one can enough or should I get a couple? Thanks!
