Quater Panal Blues....

I have a 1973 Cuda that, literally, has 4inches of bondo in the passenger rear quater...also the passenger side rocker feels like it is filled with bondo. So, I can only assume it was broadsided towards the rear. Whoever did the body work on the car before i bought it did not do a good job...the passenger side rear tire sticks out of the fender and rubs on small bumps and low speed turns. Obviously, I want to replace it. Now, this is where you guys come in. I do not know if I should buy just the quater panal skin or if I should buy the complete quater panal. Also, is there anywhere that has this procedure to replace these items?
