Never thought I would do a WIW...

This is a car that I heard about through a friend. The car is not advertised, parked in a garage. The owner knows prices somewhat, as they have other Mopars. They sell now and then, but not really flippers.

1969 Charger RT. 440 auto. Air, pw, ps, pb, buckets, console. Sounds like minimal rust. Complete driving car. Originally F8 green. Honestly can't remember if green or black interior (have not seen pics yet). The car is painted black right now. Yes, we all know RT's are worth millions, but what would be a realistic price to pay/offer for the car in your opinion? I'vs been trying to find an F8 one for awhile. I'm looking to keep. Don't want to insult, but, I'm good with my money too, so I need a good deal. Thanks

if minimal rust in say 7-8 out of 10 condition. i think an offer of 15-20k would be great.. of course 30k is not out of reach as far as WIW. just my opinion.. but you said a good deal. i bought my last 2 69 R/T's for $22,500 and $12,500 respectively. oddly enough both F8 green cars. i still have the $22,500 car.. now have about $26000 in it, the one for $12,500 i sold to a guy overseas and got $24,000 for it. great no rust car, #'s matched, but could stand to be painted again
here are pics of what $22,500 got me if you want a reference

It's probably worth as much as a 72-74 Challenger R/T clone?.... :icon_smile_blackeye:..... It's worth whatever the owner is willing to sell it for. Is this gonna be the same thing? I want it, but I don't wanna have to pay market price for it? So if I can't get it for less than, well then it's not worth it?

I am gonna say 15,000-20,000 USD. If it's nice.

The bugle sounds the charge begins. But on this battlefield no one wins.

He hasn't given me an actual price, but he said "high $20's". Still waiting for pics, but I'm imagining it looks like your car charger2002.
